VOLARE ITALIAN RISTORANTE and Los Monitos Language Center are proud to offer a truly UNIQUE 3-Week Italian Language and Dining Experience beginning April 10th. Participants will learn the culinary and dining Italian language in the setting of one of Louisville's Finest Italian Restaurants. Each week, the instruction and special tastings from the Chef's Kitchen will focus on a SPECIFIC REGION of Italy. Optional wine-flights will also be available!
Regions to be explored include LOMBARDIA, LAZIO & PUGLIA!
