Spanish for Customer Service: A Targeted Vocational Program

This course is designed for the Customer Service Employee who:
- Does not speak Spanish
- Needs to be able to assist Spanish-speaking customers
- Does not have the time or desire to learn Spanish

Delivers a Program that:
- Lasts 5 Weeks, 1 Night per week
- Emphasizes Spanish expressions that are relevant to customer service
- Allows participants to “take control” of a conversation
- Focuses on Pronunciation and Speaking Confidence
- Begins September 22, 2010 at Ivy Tech Community College
- Wednesdays from 6:00pm – 8:00pm $175 per student
