Spanish for Customer Service: A Targeted Vocational Program

This course is designed for the Customer Service Employee who:
  • Does not speak Spanish
  • Needs to be able to assist Spanish-speaking customers
  • Does not have the time or desire to learn Spanish

Delivers a Program that:
  • Lasts 5 Weeks, 1 Night per week
  • Emphasizes Spanish expressions that are relevant to customer service
  • Allows participants to “take control” of a conversation
  • Focuses on Pronunciation and Speaking Confidence
  • Begins September 22, 2010 at Ivy Tech Community College
  • Wednesdays from 6:00pm – 8:00pm $175 per student
